Waltham, MA. - March 05, 2008
Constant Contact®, Inc. (NasdaqGM: CTCT), a leading provider of email marketing and online surveys for small organizations, today announced the availability of a new online polling feature for its ListenUp!SM Survey tool. This new feature enables small businesses and organizations to quickly create engaging online polls for their websites or blogs. The responses generated from polls can provide small organizations with valuable feedback that can be put to use immediately.
"Online polling is a fast, easy, and fun way for businesses and organizations to gauge the thoughts, needs, and preferences of their audiences," said Ellen Brezniak, vice president of product strategy, Constant Contact. "Polls are a great first step to help small businesses better understand and strengthen relationships with their customers. An online poll can also help make small businesses' websites more interactive and engaging."
Offered as an added feature to customers of ListenUp! Survey, online polls enable small businesses and organizations to gain immediate insight about a specific topic from their customers, clients, members, or online visitors. With this new feature, ListenUp! Survey now provides small organizations a variety of feedback mechanisms -- an online survey, which typically has multiple questions, or a quick one-question online poll.
Users of Constant Contact's online polling feature can:
- Place a new poll on their website daily, weekly, or monthly to make sites more interactive;
- Display poll results immediately after website visitors vote to increase engagement;
- Create up to 10 live polls at one time to gain greater insight into the opinions of their online audience;
- Store poll results in their Constant Contact account and access them anytime
